Dimples February Pop-Up Event – Colorado

Dimples ships both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Expedited options are available, and estimated delivery times are shown before purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically ranges from 2–14 business days, depending on location and selected shipping method.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by your country’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

At Dimples, we understand that choosing alternative hair is personal. If your piece doesn’t feel like the right fit, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Simply submit your request within 3 days, and ensure the item remains in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Orders may be modified or exchanged anytime before they are marked as “shipped.”
