Dimples Limited (“we” or “our”) recognises that modern slavery, forced labour, and
human trafficking are serious violations of human rights. While our organisation is not subject to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are committed to ensuring that these practices have no place within our business or supply chains.

We are committed to conducting our business with integrity and transparency and take proactive steps to manage ethical and social responsibility risks associated with our operations involving the design, manufacture, and distribution of hairpieces, wigs, and extensions (collectively referred to as “wig” in this statement).

2. Organisation Structure, Business, and Supply Chains

Dimples Limited is a UK-based company specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of wigs and related products, such as wig haircare items and accessories. Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom; however, like other companies in the industry, our wig manufacturing has been outsourced.

We serve retail and professional clients across the healthcare, fashion, and personal care sectors, including the supply of products to NHS patients. Dimples Limited has over 13 years of experience partnering with The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, providing wig supply and fitting services.

Our supply chain includes:

Overseas manufacturing partners who produce both human hair and synthetic
wigs in accordance with Dimples Limited’s design, quality, and ethical standards.
UK-based suppliers providing hair care products, accessories, and packaging
materials.
Distributors and logistics partners supporting the storage and delivery of finished
products to business and healthcare clients.

We recognise that manufacturing and material sourcing outside the UK can present
higher risks of unethical labour practices. Dimples Limited therefore works only with
reputable and long-standing partners who demonstrate compliance with ethical
sourcing, fair employment, and human rights standards. We maintain close oversight of our supplier relationships to ensure transparency and integrity throughout our supply chain.

3. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Our internal policies and supplier standards are designed to uphold fair, safe, and lawful working conditions. These include:

A zero-tolerance policy toward forced, bonded, or child labour.
A commitment to ethical sourcing and fair employment practices.
Requiring suppliers and contractors to comply with all applicable labour and
human rights laws.
Ongoing review of our procurement processes to identify potential risks and
strengthen safeguards.

4. Due Diligence Processes

Dimples Limited conducts due diligence on both new and existing suppliers to ensure
compliance with our ethical standards. This includes:

Supplier screening and verification of credentials.
Reviewing sourcing and labour practices for potential ethical risks.
Including contractual clauses that require compliance with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and related human rights legislation.
Investigating any concerns raised about labour conditions or sourcing practices.

5. Risk Assessment and Management

We acknowledge that certain aspects of our industry carry a higher risk of unethical
labour practices, particularly in the sourcing of raw materials and the production of wigs. To manage these risks, we:

Work with suppliers who provide evidence of responsible sourcing and fair labour
standards.
Maintain open communication and long-term relationships with key suppliers to
promote transparency.
Periodically review our supplier base to ensure continued compliance with our
ethical expectations.

modern slavery and human trafficking. Awareness of ethical sourcing and social
responsibility is also built into our employee induction and supplier onboarding
processes.
