Dimples ships both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Expedited options are available, and estimated delivery times are shown before purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically ranges from 2–14 business days, depending on location and selected shipping method.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are determined by your country’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

At Dimples, we understand that choosing alternative hair is personal. If your piece doesn’t feel like the right fit, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unstyled, and returned with tags and packaging intact.

Orders may also be modified or exchanged anytime before they are marked as “shipped.”
