Once you’ve decided on the style, color, and hair type of your new wig, selecting the perfect cap can be underrated and tends to be an afterthought. We, however, can’t stress how important this step is! Comfort is key and there is nothing worse than finding a wig you’ve fallen in love with, only to find out it’s itchy, hot, loose, or just plain irritating.

We understand research and selecting a cap is a whole process in and of itself and can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming. At Dimples, we’re all about simplifying (it happens to be our core value #5!) so we’re here to help!

Some Things to Keep in Mind

• Any of these caps can also include a lace front, which adds more to the overall cost, but gives the ability to wear hair off your face, and provides the most styling versatility.

•If the description doesn't say "hand tied" then it is implied that the wig has a wefted back. For example, a mono-top will have a wefted back.

•Hand tied wigs and wefted back wigs are capable of being sized down. Wefted back wigs are easier to resize, however, resizing should be performed only by salon professionals.
