• Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are always available to offer any advice that you may need.

Guidelines for custom made orders:

• Please use Dimples order forms, and make sure that all sections are completed.
• Write the information clearly.
• Include a hair sample where possible, otherwise please state the colour number.
• Please use Dimples grey chart when ordering grey, as people’s interpretations do vary.
• A good template is essential to ensure a good fit.

So how does it work?

• Fill in one of our custom made order forms and send the copy for our attention. Please keep one copy for your reference.
• You will then receive confirmation details with an order number. We will contact you if any further information is required.
• Within a maximum of eight weeks your order should be with you by recorded delivery.
